After recently debuting its first-ever all-electric race carMercedes-Benz now transitions by unveiling a new compact SUV with the Concept GLB. With seating for up to seven occupants, the GLB is being pegged as a sporty all-rounder, standing out due to its spaciousness with a robust character.

Kwangho Lee and Wang & Söderström Bring Dreamy Seascapes to Milan Design Week

The relationship between the Moon, Earth, and Sun is explored in “Tides,” a dreamy exhibition at Milan Design Week created in collaboration by South Korean designer Kwangho Lee and Danish art and design practice Wang & Söderström.

The exhibition space has been crafted to look like an ethereal, underwater landscape and delivers visitors the opportunity to examine the hidden terrains usually revealed by changes in the tide, walking through the space as colors and shapes transform around them.

The showcase includes 100 interlinking, modular stools designed by Lee, titled The Moment of Eclipse, while Wang & Söderström present coral-inspired sculptural vessels.

The latest additions to Louis Vuitton‘s Objets Nomades collection has been unveiled at the Palazzo Serbelloni in Milan at Fuorisalone 2019.

Ten new travel-inspired objects from both new and established Objets Nomades design partners are on display. Objects from the newcomers include a glass-topped, oval dining table with a hollow base covered in beige leather with a blue Louis Vuitton lacquer interior, and a tripartite screen of woven leather in mesmerizing colors and patterns.

Frank Cali, Reputed Gambino Family Mafia Boss, Shot Dead In Staten Island

Francesco “Frank” Cali, the alleged crime boss of the notorious Gambino family, was shot and killed in front of his Staten Island mansion on Wednesday night, the NYPD reports.

According to police, Cali, 53, was standing outside his white SUV in the upscale Todt Hill neighborhood of Staten Island when a man in a blue pickup truck drove by, shooting him six times in the torso. The pickup truck reportedly ran him over after he was killed, according to local news station WPIX.

Officers responded to a 911 call, where he was found with multiple gunshot wounds. Cali was transported to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
