Tiffany Gaines: An Entrepreneur, Music Distributor, Manager, Publicist & Author

Today, we interviewed Tiffany Gaines who was recently featured in Yahoo News as the “First African American, Female CEO and Founder to Own a Corporation Solely Contracting Thousands Including 47 Record Labels”. She is the Founder and CEO of SS Global Entertainment as well as the COO of Amada Records and is passionate about “Promoting female empowerment and Independence for musicians, managers and label owners.” Tiffany Gaines has been building a name for herself as a woman of integrity and professionalism for over 20 years. Let's hear her story…

Please introduce yourself and tell us about what it is that you do.

My daily purpose is to help my clients, artists, mentees, and business partners discover their true niche within their brands or company. I wear a few hats in the entertainment business, so to sum up what it is that I do in one question would pretty much be impossible. Lol However, I will say my goal towards anyone who meets me is to walk away and say they actually learned a thing or two and, most importantly, found more efficient ways to bring profit towards their journey into financial freedom.

Please tell us about your company.

I'm the Founder and CEO of SS Global Entertainment, COO of Amada Records, and Business manager to a select few elite clientele in the entertainment industry. Music Distributor and publicist for over 4,000 musicians and 47 record labels. International hotel broker for the National Hotel's Association. Author and writer for eleven publications such as google news verified, Hush Weekly, Revolver Magazine, and Grind Weekly Magazine, just to name a few partnered with Hush Media Networks

What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?

My main focus on the word “Integrity” is what has allowed me to receive full grace and respect in this business. It's not really a strategy; it's more so what makes up most of the Blueprint when it comes to how to progress and grow within my journey. The Entertainment Industry can be considered a cold, money-hungry industry where most people are or at least seem to be more about “self.” I chose the opposite when it came to my purpose. The name of my company is called “Shared Success” Global for that very reason. I wanted to show people that there are plenty of ways to succeed TOGETHER vs. always competing and stepping on necks and backs to climb higher. Other than that, consistency, persistence, and hard work are pretty much what make up the key factors for maintaining stable growth and status in this business. At least that's what it's been with me. In other words, while others were crying for sleep complaining about putting in 40+ hours in a week, I was putting in 80+ to ensure I stayed ahead of the game.

Any message for our readers.

Work hard. Focus on building something that is only exclusive to you as an entrepreneur. Make history. Most importantly, don't forget to have fun. It's not always about work, work, work. At the end of the day, you want to make sure you can end your story with a smile.

Fantastic! So tell us, how can people find out more about you?
