RedrumSociety Prepares New Acoustic Album For Release

The album, titled “Redrum Acoustic Vol. 1”, will mark an interesting departure from previous sounds. Normally the band blends an interesting mix between indie rock and alternative. This new acoustic album offers a different sound altogether. The album is a remix of previous released tracks; Ego, Crumble, How I Cope, and In My Bed. This acoustic album can go a long way to help open up the Palm Beach-based band to a whole new audience.

Moving on from the success of each single release and a successful performance on “60 Minutes”, the band looks to have found an new musical niche. Having gained positive headlines earlier on in the year by donating royalties to affected music execs during the COVID-19 crisis, the band now is back on the musical scene and releasing new content.

The album, which is expected to be released this month, will focus on topics that will feel close to the heart of many music fans today. An acoustic sound offers an interesting departure from previous works, creating an interesting blend of sounds and themes from a band with a quickly growing reputation.

Having focused on blurring the lines between normal indie rock and more alternative music, this is yet another interesting audio experiment from a band with a very bright future ahead of itself. With many people finding out about the band through their creative use of social media and their approach to music as a means of emotive storytelling, RedrumSociety might have a new audience to look forward to for their album release.

Live Nation Announces New Ticket Relief Plan

Live Nation has announced a new “Ticket Relief Plan” to issue refunds to customers who hold tickets to shows that have been postponed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, as The New York Times reports.

The concert conglomerate, which also owns Ticketmaster, previously indicated that fans who held tickets to rescheduled concerts would be given a 30-day window to request a refund. The new policy now allows ticket-holders to shows that have been postponed but not rescheduled to request a refund 60 days after the original date of the concert. (Fans will then have 30 days to request a refund.) Live Nation has also stated that fans whose shows have been canceled will be given the option of exchanging their ticket for a credit worth 150% of the original ticket value

Prior to Ticketmaster’s announcement, AEG Presents revealed that beginning May 1, their ticketholders will be given a 30-day window to request refunds for rescheduled shows. The move came amidst growing frustration among would-be concertgoers about a lack of enforcement on refund policies; Stubhub was hit with a $5 million class action lawsuit in April.

RedrumSociety Gives Back to the Music Industry, Donates Royalties to Music Execs Affected by COVID-19

RedrumSociety was founded in 2008 in South Florida by four newly made friends (Esperanzo Wilcox, Esdras Reymond, Zach Cohen, and Dylan Lerner) of completely different backgrounds in every sense of the word: families, music, culture, and ethnicity. When they came together, it felt like magic and a brotherhood was formed. Later on, the members of the band carried out different lives, one of them, Dylan, passing away at the age of 17.  Eventually it was only Zach, now living at the time in Santa Monica, CA to continue on the RedrumSociety name and tradition.

Zach wants to embody the spirit of the original lineup of RedrumSociety. That spirit is an in your face, against the grain attitude. It is music that talks about what we all think but don’t say. That theme still holds true in all of their songs, even as the sound has evolved dramatically throughout the years. Today, Zach has relocated back to South Florida to be back in touch with his roots. The founding members still remain in close contact and influence the music and help Zach write and arrange the songs.  Currently they have three songs which have reached the pop and alternative charts, and are planning a series of digital concerts to give fans what they’ve been requesting.

A spokesman of RedrumSociety says that “We aim to provide support for Music Executives that have always looked out for our band’s best interest.” RedrumSociety has released their latest song “Crumble”, which is already on the top music charts and trending on many platforms. In the words of lead singer, Zach Cohen “When I wrote “Crumble”, it was originally a blues song. The lyrics describe the need for a women’s comfort. The song was written to ease his pain and distractions from the problem with addictions”.

When RedrumSociety released CRUMBLE, the song peaked on iTunes Alt Chart at #15. The band also released HOW I COPE which hit Top 40 on the Pop iTunes Charts at #29. The songs are trending on Spotify with over 100,000 streams this week! Another spokesman of RedrumSociety says that “We are trying to contribute in-country economic money flow by donating and we need your support also. Every song sale counts.”  RedrumSociety has been very popular now for young people because its songs are very real and factual. These specific releases showcase the hardships of dealing with sex, drugs and triumph.

‘How I Cope’ by RedrumSociety Breaks Top 100 iTunes Pop Chart

RedrumSociety blesses fans with a previously released classic, titled “How I Cope.” The song is fresh, catchy, yet remarkably in-depth and thematically relevant based on industry standards. The song has a unique creative background. ‘How I Cope’ kicks off with a mellow intro, with a sound reminiscent of an older mellotron flute patch. However, the track quickly delves into a playful and uplifting beat, which makes me think of artists as diverse as Beck, The Flaming Lips and MGMT, only to mention a few.

Listen to this track if you are a fan of artists such as Sparklehorse, Beck, Gomez, Elliott Smith, The Flaming Lips, Courtney Barnett, Dead Rituals or Francis Moon! “How I Cope” is experiencing excellent responses from the audience and the industry alike. The song is currently trending on Spotify with over 30,000+ streams, and it is still on the rise, with stats soaring by the hour.

Any fan of music that’s made with passion, focus, and integrity is certainly going to enjoy the sound and feel of this release, which showcases the artist’s maturity in terms of production, performance, and songwriting. The song ends with a contradictory twist. Listen to RedrumSociety’s hit single ‘How I Cope’ below:

RedrumSociety Shares New Alternative Single 'Crumble'

Stop moaning about the weather and catch up on some of 2020’s best alternative releases. RedrumSociety is gearing up for a new release of their video “Crumble”. The song and video is premiering on Valentine’s Day. After releasing four songs, which had little success, the band finally experienced a victory with their fifth release: “Ego”. The music video gained the up and coming band extra momentum, and the song briefly reached the iTunes pop charts. This is an exciting time for the RedrumSociety as we all await the release of the “Crumble” song and video.

The record is brimming with genuine emotion, beautiful and complex imagery and music, and lyrics that are at once passive and fire-breathing. RedrumSociety is like tossing David Bowie, old U2, Spacehog and lots of Pink Floyd into a blender and pushing the ‘kill’ button. The release of ‘Crumble’ is by far their finest moment, and one that demonstrated their brilliance both musically, lyrically, and creatively.

RedrumSociety Raises Awareness for Human Sex Trafficking with New Video 'EGO'

Never before has the world seen anyone raise awareness for human sex trafficking the RedrumSociety has with their music video “EGO.” The band’s debut music video comes as somewhat of a shock to a see girl tied up and bound to a chair in the presence of a maniac, juxtaposed to a band playing upbeat and fun music. Zach Cohen, front-man for RedrumSociety said, “We thought the music and lyrics really lent itself to the video idea and to help raise awareness for this crisis currently sweeping the news lately.

To have the girl hostage there while the maestro is conducting his band for her, as he progresses through a psychotic fit of flashbacks, while engaging the helpless victim. We wanted to portray his mental illness and his backstory because the lyrics depict what someone can do when a giant ego shatters. The flashbacks and the sex doll are to make the viewer wonder if the situation is real or just another aspect of the maestro’s hallucination.”

When asked if it was a reality or not Zach replied, “If you watch enough times, you’ll figure it out.” The video has already launched RedrumSociety to a new height, garnering much attention. They also have a new music video coming in the near future. Watch the official video below:

Dylan Leibrich Announces Brand New Single, 'Forgotten'

Dylan Leibrich is a singer and songwriter with a passion for beautiful melodies and relatable lyrics. Recently, he put out a song titled Easy High Easy Low. The track was played on the radio, and it is spreading like wildfire, reaching the audience on a much deeper level. His music is successful, because it offers a combination of catchy sounds and personal stories that come from the singer’s real life experiences. In the wake of the success of Easy High Easy Low, Dylan collaborated with two amazing singers on a brand new track named Forgotten.

This is a fantastic song that could be a defining moment in Dylan career, who dreams of one day be able to collaborate with major artists like Charlie Puth or Justin Bieber, only to mention but a few. In addition to the personable and edgy performance value, this release is also quite distinctive because of the sheer quality of the production. The mix is balanced and very detail-oriented, making for a lively, edgy and stark sonic approach. In other words, there are many subtle nuances in this release, which really add to the richness of the track when summed up together.

The frequency spectrum of the mix is also very balanced, with a tight, yet deep low end working wonders along with a smooth top end, which adds a sense of clarity to the music. His work stands out for its modern sound, but although the production is quite polished, it is never overproduced, allowing a lot of wonderfully organic and “human” elements to really add liveliness to the sound. Forgotten is going to be the next big chapter in Dylan’s life and work, but he is not just going to stop there! In fact, he is also working on another song named Follow Me, which will come out in March. This is going to be yet another fantastic chapter in Dylan’s amazing story as an artist, and he is on his way to becoming a widely recognized singer and songwriter due to his talent and honesty, not to mention his beautiful melodies!

Find out more about Dylan Leibrich and do not miss out on Forgotten, which will be released on Spotify soon.

Yasir Kaine began his music career at a young age, singing in the choir at his grandfather's church when he was seven years old. Even though his grandfather was strict in his position against anything that wasn't gospel, Yasir found an interest in R&B. His love for hip hop began to flourish when he received his first full hip hop CD, "The Chronic" by Dr. Dre.

At the age of seventeen Yasir began to rap. When he turned 19 he joined an underground label, known as "Danny Boy Records" where he remained for 2 years. In September of 2005 an altercation at a show caused Yas to be admitted in the local hospital from multiple stab wounds. After receiving a number of stitches and a week of recovery he was finally released. Refusing to let circumstance weigh him down he set out to continue his rap career.

In 2013 he enrolled at "The Art Institute" of San Bernardino, CA, where he studied audio/video engineering for a year and a half.
