In 2012, he collaborated on the track “Mariposa” with Robby Takac of the Goo Goo Dolls, alongside Kenny Hawkins and Jerry Livingston. He was subsequently commissioned by the estate of Ray Charles to co-write and produce a tribute project featuring Charles’ grandson, RobTwyce, which yielded the 2015 single "You."
